I am glad you are showing the Google earth image of your site. There are certain conventions in architecture in architectural terminology when we present drawings. You need to place your first floor plan on the site with the surrounding streets. North is always up, so your audience does not confused. First you show the big picture of how your building fits into the site, and than you zoom in. Plans should be orientated the same way as your first floor plan. And you need to show a scale.
Please show your building in context, and lose the black and background. Make your plans look like architecture . And if I am from another country, or I have never been to your site before how would I know where Water st is etc.
