Length Section

  1. I would like to bring your attention to the quality of your plans and sections. They both seem to be lacking depth. There is no clear division of space as far as activities are concerned. Your structural facade at this point does not seem to be working, where are the foundations of this building?? How does it all connect? Plans and sections are your base drawings and from what I am seeing here, they are not a 100 per cent complete. They still need a lot of development. Have a look at this site http://drawingarchitecture.tumblr.com/ , the sections are powerful and convince of the concept. Your plans seem to be in better condition than your sections, although I wouldn’t stop working on them either. Your ground plan is dominant and distracting from your plans, you only need it on the two first floors, maximum, the rest should exist on their own, or at least have the ground floor plan (context) as a 2d drawing, no infill though and very very light. Your renderings seem to be a little distorted, maybe try fixing that a bit because I do think it could work very well.
Another question of mine is what is the purpose of having 2 pools in one building that seem to be exactly the same? Also how deep are those pools?
Lastly, I think your model is the best part of your project right now. I would drop the skyline behind it though, or again, fade it out because it is taking over the image of your model, which really should be celebrated in those photos.
All in all, this is a good project with a strong architectural language, working on those drawings would bring it all together and complete the project.
    Happy Holidays!
